We consider a fractional generalization of Hamiltonian and gradient systems. We use differential forms and exterior derivatives of fractional orders. We derive fractional generalization of Helmholtz conditions for phase space. Examples of fractional gradient and Hamiltonian systems are considered. On the Number of Hamiltonian Groups
Finite hamiltonian groups are counted. The sequence of numbers of all groups of order n all whose subgroups are normal and the sequence of numbers of all groups of order less or equal to n all whose subgroups are normal are presented.
